Having won the Ballon d'Or and FIFA Player of the Year with AC Milan, Kaka has been relatively quiet at his new environs. In the 2006 World Cup, he started well scoring Brazil's first goal of the tournament against Croatia but faded away subsequently.
At the Confederations Cup in South Africa last year, Kaka gave a sneak preview of his abilities by receiving the Golden Ball as the player of the tournament and being named man of the match in the final.
